Legion Opens China Office

Legion has appointed Zhiwei Wayne Chen to establish an office in China, where our sales and consultancy projects are growing rapidly. Wayne comes to Legion from Atkins China, where he was an Associate Director, developing business in the Metro, Mass Transit, LRT and Rail sectors.
Wayne brings over 19 years’ international experience gained in the following sectors: Mass Transit/Metro; Rail; Building and Oil; and the Gas Design and Construction industries. Wayne studied at the prestigious Tong Ji University in Shanghai, graduating with a BSc Eng and MSc Eng.
He is currently establishing the new office and is recruiting project managers, pedestrian engineers and business developers.
